# Urheberrecht

Wir möchten euch auf folgende wichtige Punkte zum Urheberrecht und den Umgang mit geschützten Informationen hinweisen:

1. **Urheberrechtliche Schutzrechte:** Alle Marken, Logos, Software und Programme, die im Zusammenhang mit der HUB Erle GmbH verwendet werden, sind urheberrechtlich geschützt. Diese Schutzrechte gehören ausschließlich der HUB Erle GmbH und den Partnernw.
2. **Vertraulichkeit von Programmen und Informationen:** Auch wenn Programme und Software von Partnern stammen, sind diese ebenso urheberrechtlich geschützt. Es ist strengstens untersagt, diese Programme oder jegliche damit verbundenen Informationen an Dritte weiterzugeben oder zu kommunizieren. Dies gilt sowohl für interne als auch externe Kommunikationskanäle.
3. **Untersagung des Nachbaus:** Das HUB Erle System wurde sorgfältig entwickelt und ausgewählt. Jegliche Versuche, dieses System oder Teile davon nachzubauen, zu kopieren oder in irgendeiner Weise nachzuahmen, sind ausdrücklich untersagt.
4. **Verantwortung und Compliance:** Jeder von euch ist verpflichtet, diese Richtlinien zu beachten und sicherzustellen, dass keine vertraulichen oder urheberrechtlich geschützten Informationen unbefugt weitergegeben werden. Bei Unsicherheiten oder Fragen wendet euch bitte an die Rechtsabteilung oder an eure Vorgesetzten.
