Als Mitglied unseres Teams hast du die Gelegenheit, den lockeren Umgang mit unseren Gästen zu erlernen und zu perfektionieren. ### Inhalt des Workshops * Gästeansprache * Beachtung der Getränke * Umgang mit dem Orderman bei den Gästen * Sauberkeit und Ordnung * Reaktion auf Kritik * Umgang mit persönlichen Problemen vor den Gästen * Reklamationen von Speisen und Getränken * Allergien, Vegetarier und Veganer * Umgang mit zahlungsunfähigen Kunden ### Warum machen wir das Zusammen? Unsere Workshops finden regelmäßig in kleinen Gruppen statt und werden stetig weiterentwickelt. Als wertvolles Teammitglied von HUB Erle freuen wir uns darauf, dass du dich aktiv einbringst und deine Erfahrungen mit uns teilst. Gemeinsam können wir so noch weiter wachsen und unseren Gästen ein außergewöhnliches Erlebnis sowie eine erholsame Auszeit bieten. ### Dauer, Zeit & Ort Unsere Workshops finden regelmäßig vor Ort im HUB Erle statt und sind eine großartige Gelegenheit für unsere Mitarbeiter, sich weiterzubilden. Auch externe Interessierte aus anderen Gastronomien sind herzlich willkommen, an diesen Schulungen teilzunehmen. Für externe Teilnehmer ist eine Kostenbeteiligung erforderlich.
